Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and provision of rust removal materials and services (“Services”) by Rust Doctors FL LLC (“Rust Doctors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you”).

2. Services

2.1 Services

Services are provided as described in Rust Doctors’ proposal or estimate (“Proposal”).

2.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide reasonable access to premises and utilities
  • Keep pets and children away from work areas
  • Remove valuables and fixtures prior to service
  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals

2.3 Performance Dates

All completion dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

2.4 Cancellation

Customer may cancel within three (3) days without loss of deposit. Deposits will be returned within ten (10) days.

3. Price and Payment

  • Prices are set forth in the Proposal
  • Invoices are due upon receipt
  • Late payments may incur fees and interest as allowed by law
  • Customer is responsible for collection costs

4. Change Orders

Additional services or unforeseen conditions discovered during work constitute change orders and may result in additional charges.

5. Limited Warranty

Services are warranted for one (1) year after completion, subject to full payment and proper conditions. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rust Doctors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.

7. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rust Doctors from claims arising from the use of Services, except in cases of gross negligence by Rust Doctors.

8. Site & Communications

By using our website, submitting forms, or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from Rust Doctors electronically, including email, SMS, and phone calls related to your services, account, or inquiries.

9. Online Booking Terms

Online bookings are requests for service and are not final until confirmed by Rust Doctors. You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to Rust Doctors FL LLC and may not be used without written permission.

11. Confidential Information

All non-public information disclosed by Rust Doctors is confidential.

12. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice.

13. Force Majeure

Rust Doctors is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Severability applies
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement
  • No waiver unless in writing
  • Terms may be updated at any time
